I keep the onboarding process simple and supportive so you can get the clarity you need without any stress. Here’s what working together looks like from start to finish.

  1. We begin with a friendly call to talk about your business, your goals, and what kind of support you’re looking for. This is your chance to share what’s working, what’s not, and what you’d love to feel more confident about.

  2. Together, we will determine the package that fits best You’ll always know exactly what you’re getting and why it’s the right fit.

  3. I will review your books and if everything is already in good shape, we can proceed with our predetermined plan. If it is determined that a Cleanup of the books is beneficial or desired, I will provide you with a written cleanup plan, for your approval, prior to moving forward. Either way, you’ll know you have a clean, clear foundation once I start managing your books.

  4. I’ll set up or streamline your bookkeeping tools — bank feeds, POS systems, chart of accounts, and any rules that make your books run smoothly. You’ll know what’s happening at each step, without needing to handle the technical details yourself.

  5. Once everything is in place, you’ll receive consistent support. You’ll get clear reports, simple explanations, and guidance that helps you understand your numbers without overwhelm.
